Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of production lines to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
- Monitor production activities to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.
- Coordinate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines efficiently.
- Identify and resolve issues related to equipment, processes, or personnel on the production line.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime.
- Train and support line staff, ensuring they follow operational guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, incidents, and line performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a line management or similar role, preferably in the food packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and packaging standards (e.g., FDA, HACCP) is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Familiarity with production tracking tools and equipment.
- High school diploma required; additional technical certifications or training preferred.
